The story · Katha 006
Every July the drains give up and the roads turn into rivers. Paper boats float past stranded autos. And under the streetlights, something huge and patient rises out of the water, looks around at what we have built, and sinks back down. Nobody reports it. In Mumbai, it's just another monsoon traffic update.
